Hello! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest:

~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage more participation.
~~ Ranking designs daily will also keep your contest from getting cluttered.
~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you are going to see.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested"
~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
~~ Ranking is a non-monetary means of showing appreciation for designers hard work.
~~ Designers earn points for ranked designs. We like to earn points.

1st place - 50 points
2nd place - 20 points
3rd place - 10 points
4-6th place - 5 points
7-10 place - 3 points
10th on - 1 point

Thank you for the submissions so far. Overall, we prefer logos against a white background, something simple and relatively sober which conveys professionalism and high quality.

Having seen a few versions now, we can offer the following feedback:

- Preference for using the existing font and display (i.e. Veni above International) used for Veni Partners (www.venipartners.com)
- Logo to be to the left of the company name
- OK to introduce red, orange or gold in the logo - not so keen on grey or light blue anymore

CH, you received 198 entries and ranked only 5. I hope you can show your appreciation for the work of other designers by ranking their entries

you cannot rank one designer in top 3, so don't be afraid to rank more...after all the winner has her Gold and the money....
