Hi all! First, thank you for taking the time to put something together for me. It's much appreciated. Just wanted to post a quick comment here as I'm afraid I may not have been clear enough when starting this contest. I am looking for something that speaks "expensive" but not overdone. First thing that comes to mind is "attorney or law firm". Something solid. Or strong, maybe. It's kinda difficult to put it into words... hopefully someone out there knows what I'm talking about. I'm not opposed to an icon, such as has already been submitted, but it's not necessary either. I've seen a few other real estate logos on here with the rooftops over the name... and I really like that. But I'd also like to see a strong attorney look as well... for some variation. Anyway, just wanted to add this in. Hopefully it helps. Thanks again y'all!

Hi ! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest as it progresses:

~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage participation.
~~ Rank and re-rank a variety of designs to get a variety of new entries.
~~ Ranking gets your contest noticed! Unless your contest is private, 1st place entries are posted to the portfolio page: https://logotournament.com/portfolio
~~ Ranking designs daily will also keep your contest from getting cluttered.
~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you are going to see.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested"
~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
~~ Ranking is a non-monetary means of showing appreciation for designers hard work.
~~ Designers earn points for designs ranked in the top 10. We like to earn points.

~~ NOTE: While in JUDGING mode, the designer ranked in 1st can still submit revisions.

More detailed information on how to get the most out of your contest can be found here:

Hi all! Quick update. I've seen a lot of the real estate logos in Logo Tournaments archives and noticed that some very popular picks were the company name, with multiple rooftops overhead. If someone could put something together like that, I really liked that concept. Also looking to see that real solid, strong, attorney feel as well. Hope this is of use. Thanks again!

Hi all! Thanks again for all your submissions! Just wanted to post really quick that I'm still waiting for that right entry. I feel like I'm getting closer to what I had expected but haven't quite reached it yet. Getting closer. Keep up the good work!

Hello all! Thank you for your revisions and new additions, I really appreciate it! I just wanted to leave a quick note as I would like to see what you guys can come up with creatively that does not have the rooftop concept. I've studied these logos for hours and I'm just not getting the strong, corporate, timeless feel from them... which is why I moved a logo that is closer to the feeling I want to the #1 position. I would like an icon that I can detach from the font and use other places on my website. I'm getting a lot of feedback on the rooftops, but if I can ask to get some completely different ideas along the lines of what I just described, I would appreciate it. Thanks again everyone!

Quick update: Still waiting for that "right one". I like my top 6 a lot. If you can come up with something between those, that'd be great. The 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 6th are all the "corporate" feel that I like a lot because it is a more simple logo that has a timeless feel to it. Also, the designers did a good job at making them feel strong and somewhat "luxurious". I can easily detach them from the text and use them throughout my website as the icon/shape that brands me. I like that.

My only hesitation (and it's small at that) is that with the above mentioned logos, it'd be difficult to add color to them and still look good. I know with that style of logo (corporate), many companies stick with one solid color. Which is why I like my 4th logo. The designer did well keeping it simple, kept it within the realm of real estate (used windows), AND managed to add color to it without it looking odd. In fact, it reminds me of an iphone app. And Apple is known for its clean, "less is more" kind of feel. I like that a lot as well.

Anyway, I realize it's the last day, so I wanted to make sure I gave everyone an update of what I'm looking for as we appraoch the finish line. If you have questions about anything, please do not hesitate to shoot me an email. I'll be in front of my computer regularly to check the status of this contest until it ends. Thanks again everyone!

Hey all! Coming down to the wire here. I like the "wings" look... as it also doubles as a "V". I like the results I'm getting using the "V" in the icon. If you read this in time, that's the direction I'm going. Think: wings and/or V!!! Thanks everyone!!
