Our Ideas & Additional Information
Could possibly do soemthinig with a home and a magnifying glass. We pay very particular attention to detail and the quality of our inspections is top notch. We are also very experienced and trusted by our customers. Almost all business actually comes from referrals with about a 95% return rate. One other thing about the owner/founder is he is a cowboy... grew up on a ranch and actually was a professional bull rider in the rodeo in his past life. So there could be some element of "roping" or cowboy type elements in the design since it really is part of his personality. Maybe a rope around the house that demonstrates how it's protected and wrapped up??

By the way it might be helpful to go to his current site that we will be replacing just to see the current logo he uses. The NPI only in the box is what he has on all of his shirts. So the logo needs to be able to be on apparel and embroidered. You'll see a picture of him and the logo on the shirt. Just keep this in mind in the design.

i think we need to take a new approach with these so UPI is more prominent and so could have a logo where the acronym could stand on it's own with some kind of icon next to it. Again.... look at how he uses his current NPI logo. Often he may just want those initials on his apparel without Utah in it. So maybe we try just UPI with an icon and then Utah Property Inspectors near it.

Also he said he prefers a more straight font without rounded edges.

After looking at these could I get some designs without Utah in them. So just UPI and then Utah Property Inspections could be below it smaller or to the side. There should be some kind of icon that supports that UTI. Perhaps even something with the mountain ranges of Utah or state outline.

We have ranked # 1 because it's simple and clean. Quickly reinforces the acronym which is how people will refer to us over time yet at the same time the visual confirms what we do and the full service offering is reinforced. We would like to stick to the blue and green colors. So any other ideas along this format would be welcome.
