and the name must be availeable as .com name?

The name does not have to be a .com, but it is preferred.

The winner of this contest will have to supply a name and a logo. They should go with each other. The best combination will win. I have choosen to not split the contest bacause I have struggled picking a name without a logo to go with it. I have also left the color scheme open. I am open to all new ideas, designs, and names that fit the criteria. I will know when I see the right combination.

My company is very technology driven. We offer a paperless process for funding home loans.

~~ Designers earn points for designs ranked in the top 10. We like to earn points.

~~ NOTE: While in JUDGING mode, the designer ranked in 1st can still submit revisions.

If any name is not available on .com 'as is' it most likely will be hyphenated (-). Check WHOIS.net for availability.

I will be posting the logo tournament as soon as the name is finalized. I appreciate everyone's work.

^^yeppers, I am with scott, many of the names submitted are NOT available as .com, so this is confusing....

checked top spots, all are taken in. com...is the not important?

If this contest is going to go against the brief and accept and rank names that are not available to be trademarked, and/or dot commed... I think it's going to discourage creative designers who might attempt to deliver unique names.

it is not paramount, but some close variation is needed.

I am really confused, the name awarded, is already taken?....

I researched all my submitted, available....many names I came up with, great, but unavailable! so I didn't submit....
