Dream Big

My brand is a resale-based sneaker store located in Las Vegas. We primarily focus on selling hype shoes like Jordans, Nike Dunks, and Yeezys. Much of the brand's inspiration comes from basketball and sports. The store will be located inside of a basketball gym and will be opening in the coming months.

In my logo I'm thinking that I just want neutral colors in my logo. Mainly the color white so that I can play around with the logo on future designs.

I really want this logo to be super simple and something that can be specifically attributed to my brand. Inspiration that I take comes especially from the Nike Swoosh and the Apple "Apple" logo. I like these logos because they are super simple but everyone knows exactly what those brands are. So super simple is something that I want in a logo.

The logo inspiration in terms of ideas that I have is the story of the tortoise and the hare. A big part of my brand is the idea of dreaming big. And so with the tortoise and the hare the idea that I really enjoy is that the growth takes time and that winning is a process not an instant result. While incorporating that idea literally might not work I think if the message can be incorporated without using words that would be really awesome.
