We need a logo to create identity for commercial real estate Brokerage Company. The company will specialize in retail and hospitality industry. The logo should convey prosperity, confidence, and history that will give our clients the trust to do business with us.

The logo should have a symbol that represents the company and it can be clearly used and identified for marketing, website, fliers, business cards, etc.

The Logo & Name should be easily readable and read well when printed in black & white.
For Black & White printed marketing material the logo and text should be clearly visible and readable as the logo will go on yard signs for commercial property.

WE PREFER THE LOGO THAT DIRECTLY RELATES TO COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE. (NOT RESIDENTIAL)

IT SEEMS "COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE" is more readable in all UPPER CASE. PLEASE ONLY USE UPPERCASE.
