All of these are nice. Entry 11 is my favorite, can you add one more with a revision and something under Commercial Real Estate?

Also, Entry #3, can you leave Unified in Blue, and revise the buliding w/ a green color theme.

Entry # 14 is cool, can the "U" behind the word be in different color to seprate the building?

I will review with my partner and get back w/ you.

I discussed and reviewed the logos you provided with my partners. They want the name to be easily readable and look well when printed in black & white. As we will do lots of marketing material, that will be printed in B&W to save on ink cost. Also, the logo and text should be easily visible as they will go on yard signs for commercial property. Your logo for Entry #11, 13, & 70 are our favorite. These are still a bit hard to read. Is it possible to make this anymore legible and/or readable. Any other thoughts or ideas? What is the difference between Logo #11 & Logo # 162?

#162 i use a solid color sir not shade colors like in #11
in #13 do you still like blue and black colors? and do you want me to change Commercial Real Estate to all caps?
