I make each week, a fresh batch of sorbet...we use mature organic coconuts from Mexico...so we drill a hole in the coco and drain the water, then take a hammer and crack them open, scoop the meat, and juice it. So now I have creamy rich coconut cream...Take the coconut cream and mix it w. fresh local organic strawberries, oranges, lemons, limes, or raw cacao from Equador...add the coconut water + the raw local honey...blend it all together and now you have a yummy tasting base of sorbet...put it in the ice cream machine, and 20 minutes later you have such a lovely bowl of coconut sorbet that taste pure and delightful. We package it in glass jars that can be used over and over again.....Each week!
