I'd like to see a couple of two-tone color variations, one with bright primary colors. We have a mountain bike tire and a running shoe company. I wonder what a road tire (skinny and slick) would look like in the design. Cyclocross tire? In the bike category, our business is 80% or more Road Biking. But a slick tire might not be as iconic or easily recognized. I have added two images to the brief that show a typical road bike tire and one of a cyclocross tire. Basically a cyclo-cross tire is like a Mountain Bike Tire but narrower. I also found a vector file of bike treads. I guess in the end I could use it either way. Can I see that version with just one tire track and one foot print? 14 years ago DesignLab Logo Designer Thanks for the feedback. I am not quite sure if these are the revisions you wanted. I also didn't know what primary colors you were interested in. Please, let me know if you want me to tweak these any further.(This comment references Entry #43) 14 years ago treadthreads Client I like this treads on threads concept and I think it works well in communicating what we do. But I also like the abstract tread icon concept by XYBER9. I am having trouble deciding which one would be best for me. Maybe a hybrid would help me decide. An abstract icon on your Tshirt design? 14 years ago treadthreads Client Just a quick note to say thanks. I really like the logo you created. It was really hard to pick the final winner. The final decision came down to us thinking about our target market. We are <20% Mountain Biking, Cyclocross, Trail Running, etc. and I think your design leaned in that direction. If we did the bulk of our business with those athletes, your design would have been a no-brainer. Thanks for your efforts. 14 years ago
