We like the compact logo and "tB" design, but do not know how the diamond icon goes with our brand. Please see the contest discussion on colors to be used.
It may be difficult to demonstrate in a logo, but showing someone getting results, progressing, making a transformation over time would best describe our brand or what we do. I'm not sure if this is a person with extra room in his/her jeans (not gender specific) - or something non traditional and creative that shows "getting results." If you can communicate the emotion of having fitness success, then we'd like to see your concepts.
