nice job, I really like it. I will have to see what my boss says, we are meeting in 5 hours. He really wants to see a village, so please add some dot/line patterns to the riverside that look like a village as seen from an airplane. I have attached an air photo to the contest brief to show this. Maybe also play with the shape of the mountains a little for the next one, but leave this one up. Thanks!
here are my bosses comments: It is very nice artistically, but too abstract for our needs. Please refine or re-design as follows: no birds, change the shape of the mountains, add a stream that is more literal and a village on the side. The font is good, but the company name should be smaller relative to the graphic. The INC should not be sideways, maybe underneath or something. I look forward to seeing more. Thanks!
Thanks. Still a little abstract. Please make the mountains a darker green shade, and not turquoise. The river is white and it looks like there are houses in the blue. Try to make the river all blue and the area with the village light green. Make the village bigger and "pop" more. Otherwise, nice!!
1. Your logo looks great in large and small, as well as in color and black and white because of the white separation lines, perfect. 2. Please keep the mountains as they are in #99 and make the right side mountain connected (without that little peak on the right). 3. Remove the river branches/canals and instead use that extra space to create one larger village on the left side of the river. Remove the village on the right side of the river. 4. Try to make the village look a little more realistic. Add some linework and some rooftops maybe to make it look less like "blobs".
thanks for the revision. My boss likes #171 best. Here are his comments: Make the stream thinner and make the stream and ocean the same color. It should be similar to the ocean color, but a little darker. Make the right side mountain more upright (right now it looks convex, make it more concave). Thanks!
