#168 - We really like this one...could you explain it for us? Many of us have different perceptions of what we see and I would like to know you're thoughts on the design.
That's one of the things I like about this design, the multiple interpretations.It's engaging therefor memorable for that reason. I like the idea of the one woman being lifted by the others. I like the symbolism of the butterfly, of becoming, freedom, and beauty. Since the woman is in the negative space I also feel it points to the internal rather than the external. The use of negative space also allows the viewer to put themselves in her place. The supportive wing-women seem thoughtful and contemplative to me. They feel personal, like their contribution and support is particular to this woman. Another interpretation is simply that all three women have worked together for the success of each other...
We just had our board meeting last night and they had a wonderful idea. The hair wasn't sitting well with us...so they just added a little to it and they turned the hair into a person with her arms out...it almost looks like she's being lifted. Coudl you make that change. Otherwise...they love it.
I'm sorry to request additional changes...it certainly has been challenging finding the right logo for the sexual assault centre...it really is something that is difficult to put into a logo. But you've definitely managed to capture our vision very well.
I know that this logo was done quite a while ago, and I'm not certain if you're still on this site, but if you are...I would need your assistance with something.

O would be happy to, but fortunately for me and unfortunately for you, I am vacationing and away from your files till the 30th. If it's urgent go to your local print shop and ask to see their pantone book and select a collor that feels close. Otherwise, ask another designer or perhaps lt staff if they have pantone books and can help. Sorry I can't help mow.
