What We Do

Timmins and Area Women in Crisis assists women who have experienced any form of violence or abuse. We provide referrals, information, advocacy, accompaniments and crisis intervention services with a non-judgmental and confidential approach. We work towards empowering women to become independent by supporting them in making healthy choices and achieving their goals.

Our Ideas & Additional Information

We tend to like fonts that are somewhat cursive...but not too much where it becomes illegible.
This is a feminist organization...not to be confused with feminine...therefore, no flowers please.
Empowerment is a very strong word for us...we work on empowering women to make their own choices.
The symbol representing women.
We are inclusive to ALL women...irrelevant of their ethnicity, marital status, income level, etc...
