Also, the word ENGINEERING is pretty small, consider some other layouts, etc

Maybe also create a variant with a different font..blocky, simple and technical is good

Also, the perfectly round logo also somehow captures the fact that we obtain many of our inspection inputs from camera images, so a camera lens feel is nice

Very nice! We like the eye, and the font/colors. Perhaps try to think of a variant where you can work data or infrastructure into the concept...for instance, can the outer circle imply data flow?
