Nice. The pen nib is clever, although I'm not sure it completely works. Maybe the text could be more integrated into logo? Right now it feels a little flat. But I think this has a lot of potential.

Maybe a different font too, more like the all-caps on some of the WPA posters?

Thanks for your response. This is probably tremendously annoying, but I liked the earlier logos better. As I said in the general comment I just posted, I like the idea of a logo that emphasizes the words more than the visual. I think your basic idea -- the words with gears around it -- is really good. Maybe a stronger font, a more central position for the name? Does that make sense? Thanks so much.

Thanks! I like the proportions but maybe a different font -- it looks a little Star Trek-y. Maybe a little simpler?
