Hello! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest as it progresses:

~~ Ranking designs regularly will encourage participation and keep your contest from getting cluttered.
~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you will see.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested".
~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
~~ Ranking is a non-monetary means of showing appreciation for the Designers' hard work.
~~ Designers earn points for designs ranked 1st - 10th. We like to earn points.
~~ After your contest closed it will enter a Judging phase. You can re-rank designs while in Judging.
~~ While in Judging, the designer ranked in first place can submit revisions.

Here's a problem I'm encountering... two of most important people don't love any of the logos. Here's one of the comments:
I started to rate the top five
logos then realized I really don't like them, so it became a matter of
lesser evils rather than top picks. Your number one is mine too. I
like that you can real the tag line under the company name, but I
don't care for the graphic. From far away, I can't tell what it is,
the blue one is betterr becausebthe orange one, well, looks like an
orange. There was one logo with an image of two people-ish icons that
might be more interesting in color. I'll go back and highly it so you
can see what I'm talking about. But overall, to settle one these, that
I don't love or get excited about, seems like the wrong thing to do.
Do you love any of these? Gotta love it considering you'll be looking
at it a lot!
