I like the SG logo in the shape similar to a leaf. I also like the colors of 2 through 5 versus #1. I would like to see potentially some additional color - sienna or similar.
I still prefer #2 over the new #25 submission. The two tone color is nice. I did a quick survey with a group a friends and your #2 was chosen by someone I really respect. Maybe a redder/browner shade versus the grayish on the lettering and second half? Anyway, this one is starting to resonate more and more. Thanks!
Continue to get good feedback on my surveys for this one. Please switch the tagline to "Strengthen Your Search". Also, I'm growing more fond of the rust/sienna/reddish browns I'm seeing on some of the others. Plus, as mentioned in the overall discussion, a three-color scheme seems to be resonating with others in the survey.
I really need to know you are engaged if I am going to consider your design. It is number two in my survey and gets lots of consistently positive feedback. One thing I would like to see is maybe a bit more in the shape of the logo design - keep it clean but somehow add more "leaf" to it?
Keep the two tone as in #86, change the logo to "Strengthen Your Search", and adjust the green to a bit more warmer color. And, I'm not sure I like the "stem" on it. Thanks.
I did another survey and this latest version is doing great. I do like adjusting the "THE" in the name so it is diminished over "SIENA GROUP" as you can tell from several of the other ranked designs. I'm not sure how to suggest to tweak the typography in order to make that happen and still maintain the sense of flow and "cleanness" that comes through in it but wanted to share those thoughts and see how it would look. Thanks.
The type set/typography of #106 and #88 from the other designers is more of what I like versus all the same size as you have it. As mentioned in the above comment, I don't know how to make it flow given the center location of the graphic but would like to see a variation or two of it.
I would like to see some additional colors. Keep the same brown/green configuration but tweak each color. Make the brown more reddish brown (towards #96 but not that red) and make the green a bit darker. I will look at adobe/Pantone colors for reference for you. Likewise, the lettering color would coincide. Thanks!
Those aren't the final ones but working on something like that for reference. Obviously wanting to take advantage of your expertise too! So continue to take liberties...
I'm back in town after traveling this weekend. Obviously I've been out of touch. As rated, I like #117 the best. I am still working on tweaking the colors a bit. I'm thinking I may need to be in between the brown of #116 and reddish brown of #117. I will use the color wheel again and let you know. Please take liberties as well with both the colors. Thanks!
re-ranked. I liked the lighter green. It made the gray scale version better too. What are your thoughts on dropping the "The"? Could you use #120 and take it away? A couple people asked me about it specifically. Thanks.
Yet one more possibility (thanks for your patience!): keeping the same brown as in #120, change up the green to a blue. I used the adobe color wheel again and on the "triad" setting, a nice blue was highlighted. RGB: 20/38/204; HEX: 1426CC. I am also thinking I should convert to Pantone colors instead of RGB but wanted to ask you. Thanks again...
For 121, could you lighten the blue up quite a bit? More pale and in the same type of lightness as 120? Also, I would still like to see 120 without the "THE". Thanks.
I know I am overdue to make a decision. Thank you so much for your patience. At this point, I am opting for the designs without the "THE" and I will be choosing the one with the lighter blue. The only other possibility would be to see the blue have a bit more greenish to it. Definitely staying with the blue as in #125 with a minor adjustment to incorporate a bit of greenish hue. Thanks again!
There may be a place to make this request but thought I would post it here as well. Regarding the files and what will be downloaded as part of the package, I would like you to include 1 color PNG, 1 black and white/grayscale JPG, 1 solid color JPG, and 1 high resolution color JPG. Also, regarding the colors, I would definitely like the RGB, Hex, CYMK, and Pantone matches. I'm not sure what you use but have been told by a friend that the Pantone Color Bridge will confirm the RGB and hex color will generate a close Pantone/CYMK match. Thanks so much for your work and expertise!
