We're looking for a cleaner, more consistent logo to use with our new Shingo Institute logo (attached). For 25 years we have been using a ribbon and gear (as seen at www.shingo.org) because our main focus was in manufacturing. Our scope of clientele has significantly expanded over the past years to now include services and healthcare industries and we would like the logo to be more inclusive of them. We're interested in seeing if there is a way to keep the gear but to modernize it and make it signify more the idea of separate parts working together. However, we are open to dropping the gear altogether if the logo still incorporates the ribbon and maintains some semblance of the old logo (for recognition's sake).
