We like the gear part of the emblem. We're interested in seeing some different variations of what you've done with the ribbons (middle part of the mark). Could you check the red color? It looks lighter than the Logan Red in the visual identity doc.

Lastly, is there a way you could provide a separate variant with the gear rotated so that the inner portion creates an "S" within the white space?

Thank you! #81 is catching our attention the most still. Some requests:

1) Remove the stars
2) In place of the two ribbons and circle in the middle of the medallion, can you insert the "flame" from the Shingo Institute logo that I attached to the contest brief?
3) Try a variation in gold.

#136 is getting very close. It's important that the colors of the flame go in the correct order (blue, red, gold). Can we see it without the blue and gold circle?

OK. Let's try another modification to the flame inside the medallion. I would like to see it slightly bigger. Since enlarging it will take the top and bottom of the flame into the text, can you hide them under the outer rim of the medallion? Let's see how that looks.
