What We Do
We are a monthly sales mastermind group program.

Our target audience is small business owners with annual revenues below $1 million.

Our monthly mastermind meetings are conducted via Zoom where the participants (1) report their monthly goals, and (2) follow our propriety Systemized Selling Playbook to build their go-to-market selling strategy and enhance their personalized selling system each month.

Another benefit for the participants is the camaraderie among the non-competitive business owners. They leverage each other's experiences and expertise. They act as each other's Sales Board of Directors focused on scaling their business together for growth.

The name is The Scale Summit because...

1. The focus is on 'scaling' their businesses for growth.
2. A 'summit' is a meeting of the minds to create policy.
3. 'Scaling a summit' refers to reaching the top of the mountain, or victory!

Color Preferences
Our current corporate colors are blue and orange. I like blue (somewhere between royal and dark) because it represents trust and is soothing. I'm open to colors that complement the feeling of trust and community.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
Our clients are smart people but not as sophisticated yet as a business owner who has reached $5-10 million in revenues. Our clients tend to be scrappier, street smart and are earlier in their entrepreneurial career. They are looking for ideas to become more structured and systemized. They've carried their business on their back long enough and are now ready for a next-level strategy.

I like the idea of using a mountain top in some way. I envisioned using MM, for MasterMind, as mountain tops. Maybe a flag at the top that represents reaching the top of the mountain successfully. (But, don't let me sway you because that may be a terrible idea.)

I don't love using initials, like TSS (The Scale Summit) that doesn't mean anything to anyone.

I want 'The Scale Summit 'to be the main logo while 'Mastermind Program' can be treated like the tagline. I could see 'Sales Mastermind Program' as the tagline if that isn't too many words, but I'm comfortable with the designer making the call on that.
