We are a monthly sales mastermind group program. Our target audience is small business owners with annual revenues below $1 million. Our monthly mastermind meetings are conducted via Zoom where the participants (1) report their monthly goals, and (2) follow our propriety Systemized Selling Playbook to build their go-to-market selling strategy and enhance their personalized selling system each month. Another benefit for the participants is the camaraderie among the non-competitive business owners. They leverage each other's experiences and expertise. They act as each other's Sales Board of Directors focused on scaling their business together for growth. The name is The Scale Summit because... 1. The focus is on 'scaling' their businesses for growth. 2. A 'summit' is a meeting of the minds to create policy. 3. 'Scaling a summit' refers to reaching the top of the mountain, or victory!
