Hey, I commented on the logos submitted in this contest. I didn't expressly say so, but I did hint that yours is the strongest. Have you had contact with the contest holder? You should see what you could do to improve your ranking. I think the type might be the thing holding him/her back. I may not be frilly or girly or child-like for him. I think a strong Sans-Serif in CAPS is appropriate - just like you used. It's saying "POWER" right? Right. But maybe all lower case would soften it. I'd probably treat "THE POWER OF" exactly as you have, but then use lower case girly type for "allyson". Then write to the contest holder telling them the top part is powerful in ALL CAPS and the bottom part is childlike for allyson. They seem to be open to learning what designs mean.

Yours is the best at small sizes, best in one color, it's the most versatile and has the most positive conceptual message. I hope you can get the Gold for this!

SLICK - this design is at the top of our list but we are looking for some additional options to choose from using different fonts, etc. from dtown. This one stood out at us because it's simple, yet it says everything we were wanting to say through Allyson's logo. We haven't heard back from dtown but we're hoping to see some additional entries soon! Thanks again for the feedback!

Hi All, I'm on vacation and slow on the responses. :) Sorry! Please see the 4 new options I uploaded this afternnon. As you'll notice, I've handled the text in a few different ways, as well as added the halo to present another option. Please let me know if you'd like to see additional updates or changes. Thank you!
