What We Do
We are branding a very unique penthouse in downtown Vancouver. The penthouse is the whole top floor of a 6 story New York loft style building in the Yaletown district, and also includes the whole rooftop with its own 40’ swimming pool. We want the logo to show the building, but highlight the uniqueness of the top floor in a playful way.

Color Preferences
I would like the majority of the logo to be black or grey, but with the penthouse popping with colour. Purples, pinks, blues.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
Because the building itself is quite unique, I would like to have sort of a caricature of the front of the building, with the top floor/rooftop popping in some way.
