Perfect! I am going to select you as the early winner. One last change, again because I want to accentuate the penthouse (top floor) could you make just the top floor a bit higher so that it really stands out from the rest of the building?

I made some comments on one of your other drafts about the font change and adding “at the Iliad”. I think after that, we’ll be good to go with this one! Really love it

Thank you! Because it’s focusing on the top floor penthouse, could you make the top floor bigger in proportion to the rest of the building? Also the palm trees look great but I just want them to be small and actually on the roof of the penthouse on the right side.

This is very clever! Could you exaggerate the top floor a bit more and put two palm trees leaning over the top front right? Please also make all the top floor windows different bright colours (pink, blue, purple)
