I am intrigued by this concept. Perhaps some suggestions might be to try a historical color that is less neutral, try an "old world" kind of a font, and possibly simplify the house a little bit.

I do like the colors that were used in #26, possibly a little deeper, or bolder so they would be sure to show up on white backgrounds.

Thanks for the updates on #88, #89. I think you are on the right track with the house design, but I am still thinking the fonts are not quite what we are looking for. We are quite partial to Caslon Antique, or some custom variation.
Also, I still really like the color concept you came up with in #26, but with more of deep gold rather than yellow.
