#25 and #24 would be phenomenal on a book cover, but we've got a few years of growing our organization before we're there...I like the shadowy house with the sunset look, but the big O around it reminds me of a monicle just as much as the letter O (which is why, I suspect, the slightly bookish feel). I'm also a bit concerned that this won't show up as well in black and white . . .
