What exactly where you wanting in the design?
You've given us many example of what you're not interested in,
but us designers need some ideas of what you would like.
Just some simple ideas to get us started, such as:
do you like the beach-oriented designs?
or where you looking for a more clean corporate look?
where you wanting to push the Overseas idea?
or more towards the property/realtor side?

Any feedback would be appreciated.
