Here are some of my concepts. With all of my submissions, I've gone for something that's fairly clean and simple, yet striking. Some I've created an icon that works well within the logo or as a stand alone element, one that can be used for things like favicons. Others, instead of creating a separate icon / typography combination, I've created an all encompassing logo / unit. One that can be used for additional elements just as watermarks.
The logos are 100% vector so will scale well to any size, and works well in full colour, B&W and on coloured backgrounds if needed,

Thanks for the great rankings of my designs - unfortunately someone had pointed out, through no ones fault, that my entries #13 and #14 were slightly similar to an existing logo. So to avoid any issues, I've removed them.
However that said, I've tweaked them to these: #46, #47, #48 and #49
#18 is a bit over-the-top for our liking. Maybe you could remove the lions, move the star down to replace the "VIP Experience" bit? Any slight variations on this would be great to get a better feel for it. Otherwise think it's very strong.
#16: Not really sure what the symbol is of. Maybe those star type shapes in the above emblem could be used like bubbles/stars coming out of the U? Maybe turning the U into a subtle hook like an actual fishing lure? Like it as a start but want to see some more interesting versions rather than the random, obscure object.
We would like to select #96 as our winning logo, but would like to know if you could do a couple different versions of the flourish lines that are above and below the words, and if it would be possible to see an embossed outline version of the text - something with some dimension that looks a bit like a brass metal sign.
I can indeed do some options on the flourishes for you, not a problem at all. With regards to the embossed text - let me see what I can do, as in order to keep it vector (which is has to be here), there are limits to what can be done. There is already a slight dimension to it, but possible hard to see at that size.
