Logo Designer
Hello, here is my idea: a visualization of "negative-to-positive" process aka "minus to plus" logo concept.

If I only knew what you like and what you don't like, so I could improve design and do my best. Please, feel free to post any feedback. Thank you.

#4 with gold color shades. Gold (together with blue) is considered as color of loyalty.

Now, even though #4 stands out of the crowd due to it's typography and symbol composition, you might be interested seeing flipped variant.

A version on colored background. Background color is a part of the logo.

Revision, with even cleaner, yet stronger look and message. New font used for texts.

Another visualization of "negative to positive" concept - sad emoticon on the left turns into happy one on the right. Clean and strong. To give the logo more stronger and interesting look, elegant and unique serif font was used.

THANKS FOR ALL THE WORK -- i HAVE HAD LOTS OF MY BUSINESS FRIENDS LOOKING AT THE TOURNMENT AND i LOVE YOUR THINKING - THERE HAS BEEN SOME CONVERSATION THAT THE SQUARE LOOK OF THE pLUS TO mINUS LOOKS TIRED --ANY CHANCE YOU COULD TRY A CIRCLE ALSO i BELIEVE i NEED A DESCRIPTOR TO DIFFERENCIATE MY CONCEPT FROM THE REST OF THE LOYALTY SOLUTIONS GROUPS SO ---cultures built on continuous feedback drive loyalty -- needs to be in the design jkb

New set of updates. This one is more compact, yet tagline is more legible.

As you can see, the whole concept is versatile, open to different text/symbol compositions without loosing its visual characteristics and message.

I like the execution- would you think on how the tag could get a little bit easier to read -- I like the overall mark and I think all of the elements will work as independent ie [the dots in a powerpoint to provide level of a statements value -- plus --nutral -- or negative--] I assume that after this tournment closes you would also be able to layout some cards and I want to desigh a postcard for my company launch as well as my blog applications-- also having the 3 ellements as seperate visual elements? jkb

Speaking about the tag, basically there are two ways how to get more legible texts:
1/ Change tag's colour and set font to bolder italic, with this type of font used, we can increase kerning and overall size a bit, so it's more legible at smaller sizes, yet keeping logo composition intact

Or we can divide tag into two rows, this allows us to increase font size. Logo composition (headline+tagline) still will be relatively very compact and optically balanced.
