Our Ideas and Additional Information:

This 33 mile multi use off road trail for walkers bicyclist will travel through urban areas beginning at the western end of the County at the Ben Franklin Bridge to Philadelphia, suburban areas and small town downtowns, and then to largely wooded rural areas at the eastern end. As the name "the Link" implies, we want to convey the idea that this trail connects all these areas together along with the slogan Connecting People and Places. This trail is also a "spine" to a larger county-wide network of trails and bike facilities, and a part of an even larger trail network on both sides of the Delaware River in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Think walkers and bicyclists traveling through urban areas to wooded areas. Fonts can vary from those in branding guide. Think motion as the trail is designed to move people around the County.
