#1) I think you are headed in the right direction. I like the colors and the font helps the logo look very classy and professional. I am not sure about the graphic behind the shield. I'd like it to connect more with my business working with people to help them succeed. I hope this input helps.

#2) I like the difference in font sizes you used for the company name so that "Jenara" stand out like that. I am not sure I understand the graphic. It doesn't convey a meaningful sybmol to me and the colors need to have a bit more contrast, I think...more than just shades of blue. Thank you for the first design.
