#5) This has potential. I think it needs a bit more variation in the colors though, especially with the company name that is currently all blue.
#6) I like this one very much, too. I'm wondering if there is a way to include a circle with a "J". My thought is that a circle symbolizes continuity, consistency, completion, human and spiritual connection. The bars you have here have potential, too. They would mean achieving something greater over time since the each bar gets higher.
#4) The shield on its own conveys more of a medical shield / medical company to me. I'm not sure it works as well.
