222 is cool, but can't look at it for too long at a time without my eyes hurting.

217 and 218, not my style...

228 and 229 are getting better. I think I like the icon, but will need to see it with some different fonts. Also, I think it may be best to stick to one color, unless there is a more subtle way to contrast the colors. Can you do on white background too?

On second thought, the icon is going to need to get toned down a bit. I think trying to present a high class image demands a simple icon.

Too big and bold, need more sleek feel.#247-#250.

The icons in #243-#246 is not right for my company, looks a bit more like a fashion company style logo.
