Can we have a few different versions to look at?

1. 109 with the eXp blue roof. No elongated letters.
2. I'm curious if there is a way to merge 109 and 140 into the ultimate logo. I like the windows on the house, but I'm not a fan of the elongated letters. I think we could do the double roof (left roof with chimney, the right with windows). Keep all the letters the same size. Do the roof colors in eXp blue and the "the most trusted" slogan in yellow with The Franklin Team in black.

That is sort of close. What we were looking for was the left semi-circle to be attached the left side of the F. Then the right semi circle to be attached to the right side of the F. Then there is a small gap between the left semi circle and right semi circle. Does that make sense? Otherwise we like it a lot.

I was hoping for an F with a circle around it but the circle not completely connected. A modern look. Then in words The Franklin Team next to it with the tagline under.
