The Fanaddixx GroupLogo Design Contest

#1 the music notes may be too stylized but I like how you were able to get the "F" in there. I also like the colors you chose. Definately a good place to start

#2 & 3 Too simple. I do like that you have Fanaddixx in all caps and Group not. I would also stay away from the blue in #3.

#5 VERY Interesting! I like how simple and elegant it is...Perhaps in another color? I love the guitar shape. Anyone want to try something with a piano?

#6 Not sure what you're going for here ~ perhaps I'd like it more if you'd explain it to me. I'm going to leave it unrated for now but I doubt it's a direction I'll be taking. Thanks for the entry I hope you'll give it another shot.

Thanks Speedlogo #8 I like how fun and playful the logo is. I like the use of the 4 elements my only concern is how well it will translate if I have to print something in gray scale.

#11 Looks great! I love that you took my suggestion and ran with it. So far this is my favorite but I'd love to see more "piano", more unique, more color, more shapes....just more!

#9 and #10 I can see what you were going for here and again I appreciate you taking my note and applying it. It's not quite there yet. I do like how in #9 "fan" and "addixx" are different colors.

still long way to go.... just wait my next design...btw thank for accepting my plain design.. ^_^

#12 I like what you did with the "d's" in my company name. I'm not sure about the design to the far left though or the color but those are little things and easily changed. Anyone want to try something fun with the "x's"?

#13 I like it, it's simple and elegant, perhaps a different color?

#14 Thanks for the quick response to my comment. I like this one a bit better but I think I liked the lines (they look like sheet music to me) and the word group better on your last attempt.

#15 What a great way to incorporate the piano. Thanks for taking my last note!

#16, 17, & 18 These are better than your first attempt but I think the music note(s) are too large in comparison to the text. Plus the "keyboard" effect on the the letters make them look washed out.

#19 I like #5 better. I think the guitar should be a different color. For me it loses something in black. Perhaps a vibrant Red, Blue, or Purple?

#20 The piano graphic is much too large and the font way to small. even enlarged the words are too tiny. I like where you went with #21 & 22. It very stylish.

Couple notes for everyone ~ Don't get fixated on the piano and music notes. I like them and I do want to see more of them I also want to see more abstract thinking too. I also think that I would stay away from yellows and oranges as the main or only color in the design.

Okay I'm an idiot, I just figured out how to read your comments. Can someone tell me if that is where I should be making my comments to the designers? Does that make them more private ? Is that what the designers prefer? If I have done it wrong and offended anyone I am terribly sorry.

I keep putting the extra designs (you know the one with the slight variances) in the not interested side but it if is better for the designers to be ranked let me know and before the end of the contest I'll rank them all, but for now I like them not cluttering up my ranking screen.

Note to everyone: I am going to be out of town until 2pm Thurs. When I get back I will take care of all the ranking and leaving feed back. While I'm gone I'd like you to consider some things .....

1. While we specialize in Musician the Fanaddixx group program can be used for Painters, Dancers, Writers, Sports Personalities...pretty any thing that has a fan base. the logo doesn't have to involve music.

2. I'd really like to see some ideas using just the initial TFG

3. Abstract Mark ~ Some mark or emblem that can be branded Does not have to include the name of the business

4. Drinking with the girls last someone made a joke about my business and suggested I use a phoenix in my logo and use the tag line "rising from the ashes of internet obscurity" Now I am not saying that I am going to use that in anyway but I love how we were thinking outside of the box. Be wild and crazy....

I'd like to thank the designers for #61 and #64 for reading my notes and giving me something completely new to look at. I love how the spot light in #61 is applicable to any of my clients and I love how #64 is giving me a logo that I could use together or separate.

Thank you to ALL the designers for ALL of the entries you are give me so many options. I can't wait to see what comes in over these final two days.

I have been trying to keep up with the rankings and feedback. If I've missed anyone I apologize.
