Client
"DAVID MONROE" should be the most prominent part of the logo. That's where we want the instant recognition when someone sees the logo. When the words "THE" and "TEAM" are a different size, color, or on a different line than the name, this seems to do a good job of bringing more attention to the "DAVID MONROE" part of the name.

Using all caps (or smallcaps where the first letter of each word is a bit larger) seems to be working best.
