1. The circle around the AM for some designs looks too much like Kemi's logo. If using shapes, maybe trying using the idea of a marketing funnel (

The top shape represents energy coming to a central point from all around to the bottom, and the other shape, bottom building up to a peak at top becoming a peak/ becoming a key person of influence. 'be the change, then lead the change'
2. Possibly try using a vine in the wording somewhere (see this to get an idea -

3. I like the logo to be as simple as my evolved generation logo. Modern, sleek.
