We are looking to design a banner for an apartment building in West Hoboken, NJ in order to give it a more luxury feel.

The above link has a photo with building banners. That is what we are looking to design for ourselves. We would like to create a banner to hang from the front of a 35 unit apartment building, that we would like to brand as "The Atrium At West Hoboken", the name playing off the atrium lobby that the building features and the buildings location in the neighborhood of West Hoboken. We do not want this to be a rental poster, and therefore we do not want our contact information on the banner. We want this banner to function as a way of branding the building and giving it an upper-class luxury look.
