Scott, We like the boldness of the font on the slogan. We looked up the colors on Photoshop and the numbers are below. We would like to see the blend of colors and the colors used normally. Hope this helps.
dark blue # 032842 Light Blue #1a75bb R-3 C-100% R-26 C-85% G-40 M-80% G-117 M-50% B-66 Y-47% B-187 Y-1% K-50% K-0%
#144 is one colour dark blue: C-100% M-80% Y-47% K-50%
with so much ink it will print a black even though there is only 50% black...
RGB which is Display only NOT PRINT Designers not not design in RGB unless the design work is for web, video or other visual media.
Printing Tips: logos and text the total amount of ink use should never exceed 240% The reason is any colour with a collective value over 240 will create a pancake effect where the fine text will flatten and distorted.
#144 color will never give any client incorrect colour values for which ever substrate being used.
visually the blue looks darker the reason is object size relative tot he the background. If you do not have a high end monitor and calibrated for working in the print industry what you seen on screen will most likely be different that what I see on my display which is a higher end monitor for professional design work.
#147 reverse shows how the color will look but keep in mind your display. If you are using a Mac product then there should be no real issue with what you see Never use an iphone or other smart device) to asses design or colour.
