Sorry for the confusion! This is the first time D202 has had a logo done by way of a contest and obviously a contest does not handle significant changes in direction well. As per the client, this should be spelled out as TAG Property Management. A good logo will be a simple but distinct wordmark, with creative attention to the font used, character spacing, weight, and related. Refer to the sliders in the brief.

The updated name is:

TAG Property Management

I did not like the wing concepts as I thought they were too cheesy and obvious, however I have an idea to use a simple abstract wing(s) next to a simple abstract building shapes (like NYC skyline). That way the wings are taking care of the building(s), a la Property Management.

It must be very simple, clean and abstract. Logos that are too busy are NOT good.

Perhaps also just the letters TAG (try classic Serif fonts, and also Sans Serif) surrounded by an abstract, very simple New York City skyline. Remember, this is about managing buildings in large metro areas like NYC and Miami.
