Texas Holistic CareLogo Design Contest

Need a logo for a Licensed Medical Doctor offering more natural solutions for pain relief using Delta 9 and broad spectrum CBD oil. Successfully titrated patients off of addictive narcotics and sleep agents with the product.
The name of the company is Texas Holistic Care with the "T", "H", "C" from the cannabis included in the name.
Looking for something inspirational and moving, medical yet fun so it doesn't "look" like a typical supplement or prescriptive agent.
I prefer a non geometric shape icon based logo (unless it's really good) supported by the initials and/or name of the company.
I'd like to see some green, but not overdo it like most of the other cannabis products out there that seem over the top imo.
Prefer trendy, bold or retro style lettering that's not specifically artistic in nature.

Green but does not need to only be green, especially all the same shade (maybe east texas pine) and could be more natural like making the staff actually brown or shades of brown showing that it is made from wood...a natural, holistic, texas feeling

Something that involves medical symbolism that is honest and reliable and not too serious, but also not silly at all.

It needs to feel like representing texas

I uploaded an example and here some modification ideas:
replace the circle text with Texas Holistic Care and ASAM at the bottom with THC. Perhaps throw in a couple lonestars to separate THC from the written out text to balance out spacing. Modify the staff of aesculapius to be a branch (not completely straight) from a pecan tree (state tree of texas) or mesquite or something else "Texas" and change the generic snake to something "Texan" perhaps a diamondback snake and replace "founded 1954" with "holistic healing"...i will leave the coloring ideas up to you.
