I like this, but please look at the concept art I drew and uploaded. The doctor prefers the one snake staff

Better. But more winglike
With a MJ leaf, but a generic leaf not super spiney or scary looking

This looks pretty cool. I think having a one snake or two snake caduceus in place of the phoenix would be more applicable with the same color scheme.
But the wings of the caduceus are simple MJ leaves
