We are a real estate team that sells residential homes in our local central Florida community.

We like navy, grays, gray blues or the black(softer charcoal), not opposed to gold either.

Please read....****We Need the EXP Realty LOGO included in our new LOGO**** I have the guidelines attached. Both our TEAM SCHROTH letters and the EXP need to be the same size.

So this is what we're thinking, we need options to work with.

Just a little background- We're hoping to brand ourselves with a new simple, sleek but unique design. We're open to navys, charcoal greys, lighter blues, grey blues, etc. But we also like the golds & blacks like below.

We're switching our brokerage and need to remove the REMAX CENTRAL REALTY within our logo and add EXP Realty (the actual logo, not text type- see attached). Catch is the EXP logo (the exp text in the logo) must be the same size as our TEAM SCHROTH text. We're looking for options with the name Homes by Team Schroth and options with just TEAM SCHROTH. We love the four designs below for reference.

We are thinking either some sort of real estate reference in the logo with just the TEAM SCHROTH name or if we use Homes by Team Schroth, we don't necessarily need a house or a roof line if the logo can defines who we are.
