I like the two tone roof line and the window. I would eliminate the two end triangle eleents and the chimney. Also the tag line(maybe good for a secondary logo but we are using this for many materials and want a simple logo. Not so much text. We also need the exp realty attachment to be the same size as team schroth and I am thinking under with a simple line dividing it.
