Here is an idea I came up with, after hearing about your construction-theme. I thought it would tie in nicely with any future things you do, as well as look great when produced at any size in your school's colors.
Thanks so much for entering! #14 is awesome. We really think it is great and the colors are just SPOT on. The way you have the word TOUGH here immediately reminds me of a fist. Do you think there is anyway to incorporate that here in any way, or would that not work with this design? It could be a fun additional concept, too.
With this design as it is, is there a way to incorporate TEAM a bit larger than it is, and maybe something different with PTO, wider, spaced farther apart, maybe a bit lower.... or with TEAM larger, it may look fine as-is. Let me know what you think!

Here is an alternate version, where TEAM has the same typeface as TOUGH (but there is still the much greater emphasis on TOUGH, which I think is important to your ideas).
