These are rough versions to present the idea - TC whereby the T is created by the negative space of the C.
I f you like the idea I can change styles/refine/customize and polish the design.

I like the direction.

No loving the colors for 31. Needs to be mure punchy. Imagine it popping on Twitter as an avatar to watch.

Perhaps 31 needs some depth - some extrusion / perhaps come texture

32 is harder to comment on, I like the steely looks. It's just not s obvious T+C as 31

It sort of falls between being flat and 3d.

I like the typography on 32.

Hope that helps. Thanks for submitting. It's a great1st step

One thought was to take it in an Urban Decay kind of direction.

Something a little less finessed. Something more edgy.

Just a thought.

Not sure if my "Urban" or "Decay" comment really captured what I was thinking. I was just surfing to find an example or two

Not really this

http://www.google.ca/imgres?q=urban+graphics+font&hl=en&biw=814&bih=762&tbm=isch&tbnid=2NvudxhPt22YjM:&imgrefurl=http://graphicdesignjunction.com/2011/03/free-fonts-25-latest-free-fonts-for-your-next-designs/&docid=911_hXeif2uBEM&imgurl=http://graphicdesignjunction.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/03/urban-sketch-font-2.jpg&w=500&h=418&ei=7TEvT6P5LsbMiQLl_PnMCg&zoom=1&iact=hc&vpx=228&vpy=139&dur=3464&hovh=205&hovw=246&tx=107&ty=118&sig=117359933848333944351&page=1&tbnh=129&tbnw=154&start=0&ndsp=17&ved=1t:429,r:1,s:0

Perhaps I'm thinking something - even stencilled.

Just thinking this is a blog for thoughts are "Forged" - so it's a kind of industrial hands on feel.

This might be a mad idea.

Thought I'd try and exapand on original comment

I still really like the direction of 31

I believe I know what kind of look you are after....
I will work on it after I redesign the symbol to fit a square..#

Just a Tip - some users upload their entries bigger to show more detail..BUT others do that simply because their designs are not legible/recognizable in small sizes...

Hi Megan

I had another great idea that I am currently working on ...it includes '' the world' as well..
It might take a bit longer to make it come true but as long as I am one of the top 5 ranked I will be able to submit these in the Top5 phase...
I am also working on the ''forged'' #31

Best regards

Hi Megan

Let me know if #71 #72 is in the right (forged) direction ...
I still believe you will like #75 and #70 more...

Best regards

#75 & #70 are very strong

Does the "C" get uneven grey border. Looks a bit off

Does it need thicker border (of grey)

#70 is good too. Still pondering colors

Thinking perhaps more vibrant for 75. OR just to see variations

There is something very stylish about 75

yes,I know the border is uneven, also the globe does not fit right on the left side
(these are rough versions without polished detail)

I will be uploading more before the Top 5 phase is over..

Hi! Thank you very much. Very excited to complete this contest. You are on your way....My final logo pick will ideally fit into both a Twitter Avatar and be used on my site. #31 is stronger as a wordmark and I like it the best right now. What can you do to make #31 's T stronger without losing the C? Tad bolder, larger maybe? Want to explore this deisgn more.

Is there way to make the T not so rounded on the edges? Colors: Can we play with a bit? Pea Green is not great as a choice of hue. Can you please find a different shade of green perhaps something cooler instead of warm For ex: Lime? Blue, Green, Black, Gray could work. Also I do like #66 but would need TalentCulture World of Work in it somehow.

Thoughts? I'm here for feedback!

In general, the more concepts the better right now. No's #75, #70 work very well too btw - need to be tad less literal re globe somehow.

I modified the T so it is not so rounded on the edges and made it a bit more prominent ...

I like the modifications to the T - On our way...#94, #95 #88-LIKE --would this fit into a Twitter Avatar? Play w/color options of all three? Hmmm. Does color, font, size pop enough? Make font tad bolder for World of Work?

Also, almost ready to say goodbye to globe concept---Another stab at #75 w/less bowl? Something I'm drawn to about this one. Thanks!

OK--It's between #88 and #31 now. #75 if you have time please re above.

Love this direction - Would like to see green hue somewhere in between the colors on #88 and #31 - all wording, art a bit bolder/darker perhaps to pop. I like the T to be right in the middle of #88 and #31 in terms of shape. May I see see different color combinations? Like blue w/green, green w/black, What does black lettering look like for wording w/green in #31? etc - Make sense?

I see that I can perhaps use "top part of" for a Twitter Avatar dimensions if need be and the entire logo on the site.....Thank you!

ALMOST there! Final needs:

Color Green I like is best is right in between #31 and #88.

#31 - Let's keep the bottom portion of and bold the World of Work just a hint more with darker.

#124 - I like the 3d effect of this - let's keep top portion this way. Make sense?

Would love to see a few different 3D effects w/ shading, etc.

Looking for a bold, fresh look.

Would does World of Work look like in darker gray lettering also? Just a few ideas.
