Residential (and some light commercial) remodeling, renovations/upfits and repairs.

I definitely want a white background.

I definitely want some color, but I don't want anything too bright or too colorful. I like dark green, grey and black. I would also consider dark red or dark blue.

Swigart is my last name, so that probably doesn't provide a lot of inspiration... That said, I definitely want something in the logo besides words. Some sort of graphic, if you will... At the same time, I am almost certainly going to have this embroidered on clothing, so I don't want the logo to be too complicated.

I definitely want "Inc." to be included.

I definitely like the idea of including one or more buildings/structures. This is not a requirement, but I think it conveys construction. If you do include one or more buildings/structures, I would like the graphic to be such that it implies both residential and commercial. FYI, residential buildings (homes) typically have roofs with peaks, while commercial buildings (office buildings, stores, etc.) typically have flat roofs.

I like the idea of including an ivy leaf, but this is not a requirement. If you do include an ivy leaf, I don't want it to be too big or too prominent. Perhaps something subtle.

I don't like the idea of hand tools (hammers and the like).

I don't want anything too modern. This is a construction company, not a technology company.
