Reni, thanks for the other ideas, but I still like this one the best. I would still like to see a version of this one where one of the three "buildings" has a flat roof. By that I mean the top of one of the three shapes is flat, rather than pointed. Perhaps you take the middle "building" and make simply make it flat across the top.

It probably makes sense for the tallest building to have a flat roof, but open to your thoughts. Buildings with peaked roofs imply residential, so I'm trying to make one of the buildings seem commercial. Thanks!
