Beachhouse

This is a beach house on Seabrook Island, SC. It is located right in between the beach and a golf course named Crooked Oaks which has palm trees and mossy live oak trees. The house is built on pylons 1 story up and has a panaramic view of a lagoon with lots of wildlife (deer, herons, pelicans, turtles, seagulls, etc.). It is a rental property so the target audience is families who would like to rent the house for a vacation to enjoy the ocean and golfing.

Beachy colors - blues, greens, yellows (sun, sand), teal or turqouise, grey font perhaps

I want this logo to communicate to vacation rental customers that this is a comfortable, relaxing luxury beach house located in beautiful surroundings. It is an escape - a place to relax, have fun and enjoy yourself on an island. You can swim, surf, sail, golf and ride horses on this island. It is located directly across the street from the ocean and it overlooks a lagoon and a golf course where blue heron, eagles, seagulls, rare white deer with large antlers, pelicans, turtles and alligators live. The house has floor-to-ceiling glass windows running the entire length of the house on the 2nd floor overlooking the lagoon and golf course so you have sweeping, long range panoramic views of palm trees and large sprawling live oak trees (found in Alabama, USA) covered by moss. It has amazing sun rises where the sky looks painted by lots of colors. Every morning, the sun comes up and fills the house with amazing warmth and sun light. Amazing clouds - looks like a painted sky. Most important - I want the logo to show that the house in on the beach with a beautiful view of the sky and surrounding nature. It would be good to show that the house is on a golf course as well but this may be too complicated. I would like to see the sun, sea/sand, a palm tree or live oak tree in the logo if possible. An animal (male deer w/ horns, dolphin or pelican) would be nice but I don't want the logo to be too busy. We're going to put the logo on shirts, hats and coffee mugs so it needs to be fairly simple.
