What We Do
Strive Tree Leadership is a coaching, consulting, and training company. We coach executives, mid-career leaders, and emerging leaders for greater success. As consultants we identify leadership and performance gaps and provide recommended steps to improve. Lastly, we train experienced and new leaders alike, providing keys to success.
Our target audience is a small to medium-size company, ideally in the 100-2,000 employee range. They are a startup or long-standing company that needs help in defining next steps, how to organize for growth, or that need leadership development programs. The primary individuals within those companies that we provide services to are C-Suite members, VPs, Director, and emerging leaders.
Color Preferences
Dark gold, dark grey, or black combinations. Potentially green for the tree, maybe with a different combo of dark grey, green, and black.
